HOW LONG DOES STANDARD DELIVERY TAKE?
2-7 business days, depending on your location in Australia.
For an estimate, you can visit the Australia Post website and enter '3082' (Mill Park) in the 'From' field and your suburb in the ‘To’field.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this stage we only ship within Australia. If you are outside of Australia and would like to purchase please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can log your interest and work out an individual shipping cost for you.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY?
You can exchange/return a product due to change of mind within 30 days of it being dispatched by us, providing it's unused and in resaleable condition. Please note shipping costs for the return and resend are at your expense.
If you would like to return/exchange an item, please email with your order number and details of the return or exchange.

HOW DO I GET A REFILL?

HOW LARGE ARE THE CANDLE JARS?
Our candle jars hold 400g of candle wax and scent. The jars are 110mm in height and 98mm wide. This means that your candle will burn for approximately 63 hours.
HOW WE GIVE BACK
Chaleur is passionate about giving back to the community. Therefore we donate a portion of each sale (10c) to an Australian charity of choice which changes quarterly. Our current charity is the Austin Health COVID-19 Appeal, supporting the Austin Hospital in Victoria through COVID-19.
